slow check-in unconcerned staff
The check-in process was slow. i waited almost 30 minutes. the room was not properly cleaned. I noticed dust on the desk and the bathroom mirror had smudges on it. i informed the front desk, but they didn't seem very concerned. I expected a more proactive response.

wonderful stay with great amenities
helpful staff convenient walk complimentary ramen good bonus
I noticed so many shops and restaurants nearby, made exploring easy. it was just a short walk from the station. I found it convenient. i appreciated the helpful staff who assisted with luggage transfer to my next hotel. the hotel also offers complimentary ramen at night and ice cream, a good bonus!
the pillowcases felt a little rough, not as soft as i would have preferred.

the hotel provides a hot spring and sauna available for relaxation, ensuring guests can unwind after a long day. there is a washing machine and dryer available, simplifying laundry , and complimentary coffee is offered in the lobby during the morning and evening.

the staff were very helpful and polite . i appreciated the front desk offering me a cup noodle when i missed the ramen service. i also found the female front desk staff, on duty on april 15, 2024, to be especially kind.
